A framework of data indicator system combining general application and features has been constructed, which possesses data analysis and application functions. Under the concept of co-construction and sharing, application orientation, opening, and development, it researches and develops 6 application services including regular monitoring, HEIs evaluation, program accreditation, information release, quality reports, teaching management, which fulfills users’ demands at different levels.
