  Engineering Education Accreditation: The program of engineering education sets foot in a wide range of general HEIs in China, and its number of establishment reaches to 18000, accounting for over 1/3 of the total number of program establishment of HEIs in China by the end of 2018. The total number of students majoring in Engineering reaches to approximately 5.5 million, accounting for 33% of the total number of undergraduate students in China. For years, engineering education accreditation has gained significant development. Engineering education accreditation system with Chinese characteristics and international equivalence have been established to ensure that engineering graduates have the basic qualities and capabilities for engaging in engineering-related work. China we joined in Washington Accord in June 2013 as a full member, which offers a permit with internationally recognized quality standards for graduates majoring in engineering to meet the challenges in the future.

  Teacher Education Accreditation: As a crucial measure of training professional talents, improving education quality and realizing the connotative development of normal education for a new era, Teacher Education Accreditation fully considers status quo of Teacher education in China and constructs a “three-level and five-disciplines” accreditation system on basis of the internet and big data. The 1st level focuses on the monitoring of basic requirements of discipline construction. The 2nd level focuses on qualification accreditation of teaching quality. The 3rd level focuses on excellence accreditation of teaching quality. It covers five disciplines including preschool education, primary education, secondary education, vocational education, and special education, realizing multi-dimensional innovations in the fields of accreditation theories, accreditation systems, accreditation standards, accreditation methodologies and contributing Chinese wisdom and Chinese schemes to quality assurance of teacher education around the world.

  Medical Education Accreditation:According to the unified deployment of the ministry of education, center carrys out the work of medical accreditation in clinical medicine, traditional chinese medicine, nursing and pharmacy etc., depending on the Accreditation for Basic Medical Education in China, Interim Standards for Undergraduate Medical Education-Major of Traditional Chinese Medicine, National Standard for Teaching Quality of Nursing and The Accreditation Standards on Undergraduate-Level Pharmaceutical Specialties. We promote medical education teaching reform of the competency-oriented, enhance the level of certification internationalization actively, and |expand international influence.

  Accreditations for Science, Agriculture, Humanities and Social Science Education: Since 2015, accreditations for Science, Agriculture, Humanities and Social Science education have started one after another. The scale of accreditations extended continuously, and their range covered from inland to overseas. By the end of 2019, a total of 48 different disciplines in 27 different higher education institutions have passed the accreditation. Accreditations for Science, Agriculture, Humanities and Social Science Education take strengthening moral education and cultivating people as the fundamental mission, as well as develop connotative construction under the concept of student-centered education, outcome-based education and continuous quality improvement. They construct a continuous improvement mechanism and quality culture on basis of outcome-based concept, with the purpose of improving quality by accreditation, pursuing excellence, realizing international equivalence and vigorously promoting the development of first-class undergraduate education and first-class discipline construction.
