He graduated from Central China Normal University with a Master's degree in Philosophy. He is mainly engaged in elementary education management and research. He worked in the Party Committee and Elementary Education Department of the Ministry of Education, serving as the Deputy Director, Director, and Discipline Inspection Committee Member of the Party Branch. In February 2023, he was assigned as the Deputy Director of the Education Quality Evaluation Agency of the Ministry of Education.
